About us
LEAD GIRLS AFRICA (Rahel Randy Foundation) is a grass-roots humanitarian and development non-profit organization founded and run by Ebot Rahel Eyong and other like-minded individuals who are passionate and dedicated to empowering and improving the lives of less privileged women and girls. LGA is a grant seeker (not a grant maker yet), governed by Cameroonian Law No. 90/053 of December 19, 1990. It obtained its legal authorization in 2018 following Registration No. 093/2018/DR/C19/SAAJP as “EDUCATION AND HELP FOR THE LESS PRIVILEGED AND ORPHAN GIRLS” and changed its name in September 2022 to LEAD GIRLS AFRICA following Registration No. 642/2022/L/C19/SAAJP with all its crew made up of devoted volunteers.

Our vision is to help girls discover their potential, pursue their dreams, and defeat all gender-based barriers.
Our mission is to promote girl-child education, empower women and girls, and equip girls with the needed tools and resources to reach their full potential.
Objectives
- To enhance access to quality education for less-privileged women and girls.
- To empower and build the capacity of less privileged women and girls.
- To build the confidence of girls and encourage skills aquisition.
- To give women and girls an equal opportunity in society.
- To improve access to productive resources for women and girls.

Target Beneficiaries
The work of LGA targets vulnerable and less privileged women and girls both in rural and urban communities.
